Why I built Kinetic Integrations

I’m a chartered engineer and have worked in engineering since 2012, alongside skilled tradespeople, specialist engineers and owner-led service businesses.

I kept seeing the same problem: good local businesses were being overlooked because their Google profile and website did not reflect the quality of their work.

Kinetic Integrations handles the online work that helps customers find you, trust you and get in touch—while you keep control of your accounts and your business.

A straightforward way of working

  • Advice based on real research
  • No long contract
  • You keep control of your accounts
  • A clear monthly update

I check the facts before recommending work, explain any risky profile changes before making them and never promise rankings or revenue that nobody can control.

How I work

Meet in person or get it handled remotely

Some owners prefer to sit down and go through everything together. Others simply want the work handled without wasting time travelling. The standard is the same either way.

In person in and around Cheshire, Merseyside, Manchester, Wirral and North Wales

For suitable businesses in these areas, I can visit the premises, learn how work comes in and see how calls, quotes and follow-up are currently handled.

Remote support across the UK and the US

Calls, secure account access, approvals, monthly updates and day-to-day communication can all be handled remotely, without reducing the standard of the work.

How the work gets done

A clear process wherever you are

Remote support is not a cut-down service. It is simply the same work carried out without the travel.

  • Learn how the business works

We start with the services you sell, the customers you want, the accounts you already have and where you think enquiries are being lost.

  • Agree what is worth fixing

I explain what should be improved, what can stay as it is and what access or information I need before changing anything.

  • You stay in control

You keep ownership of every account. Manager access is used where needed, and I discuss sensitive changes with you first.

  • Show you what changed

Your monthly update shows the work completed, what the figures say and the next jobs worth tackling—without dressing normal movement up as a guaranteed result.

Would you rather meet or handle it remotely?

Tell me where the business is based and what you want to improve. I’ll suggest the simplest way to work together.
