These terms govern use of this website. Any paid work is also governed by the written proposal, order or service agreement accepted by the client; that agreement takes priority if it conflicts with this page.

Website information

Kinetic Integrations takes reasonable care over the information published here, but general website content is not a personalised recommendation. Search visibility depends on geography, demand, competition, Google’s systems and factors outside Kinetic Integrations’ control. No Google ranking, number of calls, customers or amount of revenue is guaranteed.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry or attending a free call does not create a contract or obligation to buy. A service begins only when the parties agree its scope, price, billing arrangements and any applicable service terms. Availability and suitability may be assessed before work is accepted.

Plans and billing

Momentum is advertised at £197 per month, billed monthly. Accelerator is advertised at £297 per month, billed quarterly. AI call handling is included in both plans, with the applicable allowance and any additional usage terms confirmed in the accepted proposal. The accepted proposal or service agreement confirms what is included, the amount due, payment dates, cancellation arrangements and any third-party usage charges.

14-day trial

The no-payment 14-day enquiry capture trial may be offered to suitable active UK trades businesses, subject to available setup capacity and an agreed scope. It demonstrates the ongoing call-handling, review follow-up and completed-job showcase system; it does not include a full profile overhaul, directory work or website work. The trial creates no obligation to continue. Paid work begins only if the client chooses to proceed and accepts the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients must supply accurate information, lawful content, necessary approvals and reasonable access in time for the agreed work. Clients remain responsible for the truth of business details, customer records, claims, photographs and sensitive review responses supplied for publication.

Account ownership and access

Clients retain ownership of their Google and other business accounts. Access should normally be provided through Manager permissions or another approved method. Sensitive profile changes can require client approval and may trigger re-verification by Google.

Third-party platforms

Google, website hosts, telephone providers and other platforms control their own systems, policies and availability. They may change features, suspend accounts, require verification or experience interruptions. Kinetic Integrations cannot guarantee a decision or uninterrupted service from a third party, but will explain material issues it becomes aware of during an active service.

Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of material it owned before the work began. Client-owned text, photographs, branding and evidence remain the client’s subject to the accepted agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, Kinetic Integrations retains ownership of its reusable methods, templates and pre-existing materials. Website text, design and other Kinetic Integrations content may not be copied or republished without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Kinetic Integrations is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunity or third-party platform decisions arising only from use of this general website. Any liability connected with paid work is governed by the accepted service agreement.
